Pre- and Post-surgery physiotherapy

Extensive knowledge and experience of working with surgeons has ensured excellent treatment skills. We're experienced in treating people who have had total hip replacement, total or partial knee replacement and knee surgery. The same level of treatment is also provided for shoulder surgery, spinal surgery and gynaecological surgery.

With excellent working relationships with local consultants, we understand your post-operative requirements. So we can progress your rehabilitation safely and correctly. Private post-operative rehabilitation aims to ensure quick and effective recovery. Restoring your function and well-being is our primary goal.

Assessment and Treatment

All physiotherapy treatment starts with a thorough assessment. Thereafter, we discuss your treatment plan which can include exercises, manual therapy, strapping and advice.

For this reason, your first physiotherapy appointment is longer than subsequent sessions. This extra time is for a thorough assessment and diagnosis before treatment starts.

Medical insurance providers

We no longer provide services to Axa Health, Vitality and Healix healthcare, as they do not cover our fees.

If you are using a provider that we do accept, please ensure you have an authorisation code from your insurer prior to your treatment with us.
